During the process to launch an instance, there is a repeated help text at the
top
and the bottom of the tab.
To reproduce this:
1- Under Project, click on Instances
2- Click on Launch Instance
3- Click on Metadata
4- The metadata tab should have the same help text twice
An approach to fix this can be to change the text on the bottom by a
meaningful message.
