Liberty RDO install fails to launch

Bug description:
When i started a host from image tab in Web, it failure and prompt that:
Error：Unexpected API Error. Please report this at
http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible. <class
'keystoneclient.exceptions.Unauthorized'> (HTTP 500) (Request-ID:
req-c26c3d65-dd95-470b-892e-d83b30291da3).
I had checked the log in the servers.
keystone.log:

And it was builded with centos7 according to the processes from
