This needs to be fixed in Zanata (translate.openstack.org), not in
Horizon I think. Either way, it would be best to coordinate with
openstack-i18n.

For Kilo release string translation for "Failed to remove router(s) from
firewall %(name)s: %(reason)s" has invalid params:
"Failed to remove router(s) from firewall %(name)s: %(reason)s" ->
"Yönlendiriciler %(firewall)s güvenlik duvarından kaldırılamadı: %(reason)s".

So, the `firewall` param doesn't exist in the original english string.
It makes manage.py compilemessages command fail.
