filter host by IPv4 is not work

Bug description:
horizon version:juno
in dashboard admin panel group instances panel.the others filter is
work but the ip related not. ip filter only filter current page.
i found a blueprint that have Implemented the feature that filter host
across pages：

it is normal that ip filter only filter current page?
