Public bug reported:
When we click to tabs url doesn't changes. It's cause of a error sometimes.
For example:
1. Login to Horizon
2. Navigate to Clusters
3. Click on "Image registery"
4. Register image
5. Click on "Clusters" tab
6. Refresh page
After 4 step url is
/project/data_processing/clusters/?tab=cluster_tabs__image_registry_tab and
it's cause of this bug.
I propose change url when we change tabs.
