The OpenStack logo in navigation bar (header) is misaligned.
How to reproduce:
- Log into Horizon and see that logo is aligned with the top of the parent
element. Making an inconsistent alignment compared to "Project Menu" and "user
menu".
Should be aligned in the middle of parent element.
