Hello Tina, Thanks for the bug report. This sounds like a feature
request that would be better if targeted at the upstream keystone
project, so I've changed the affected project from keystone(Ubuntu) to
keystone.

Bug description:
Now we have no commands that are related to region the current
version. I think we needs to create a set of commands for
administrator. - "region-create/delete/list/get/update".
