Create pseudo-folder - a folder with just "/" as a name gets create

Bug description:
1. Login to Devstack
2. Create the container "C_1"
3. Create the pseduo folder with the name "/"
Observe that success message is displayed but no new folder is
created.
Expected: Display error message for wrong folder name format.
