Public bug reported: Now availability_zone attribute can be defined in dhcp-agent and l3-agent. And we can follow the networking guide[1] to configure availability_zone of those two agents. But oslo-config-generator did not generate availability_zone in dhcp_agent.ini and l3_agent.ini.
