If create a ipsec policy/ike policy/vpn service without name successfully, it
could show its id instead of name in dashboard table.
However, if I want to use above(only id without name) to create a Ipsec
connection, the form select shows blank.
It should support the id.

could show its id instead of name in dashboard table.
However, if I want to use above(only id without name) to create a Ipsec

It should support the id.
