Can't reproduce, i used the master branch, and it's paginated as
expected.

Volume pagination doesn't really work

Bug description:
1. Login into Horizon as admin user
2. Go to User Settings page and set 'Items Per Page' to 1
3. Create a few volumes
Actual result: there is no pagination available. All the items are
shown on one page
Expected behaviour: pagination should be available and one items per
page should be shown. As it was implemented on project/instances/ or
project/images/ pages.
Note: log out/log in didn't help. got the same result.
