Add --yes flag to run_tests.sh

Bug description:
Currently run_tests.sh asks for "Y/n" user input e.g. to confirm
update of the virtual env. This makes it hard for scripting as
explicit user input is required. We should add a flag to the
run_tests.sh script, e.g. --yes, to do these changes without user
confirmation.
