Error in instance launch, when boot from volume is selected

Bug description:
Open stack Horizon ( Master Branch )
1. Click on Launch Instance (Instances panel)
2. Instance boot source : Boot from volume
3. Select the required volume
4. Fill all necessary details
5. Launch
Getting error message :
Error : Unable to launch instance named "xrz".
