Public bug reported:
On xenial (using daily images from today), if I create a new VM:
sudo uvt-kvm create --cpu 4 --memory 2000 --disk 30 --bridge virbr0
--password ubuntu tester release=xenial
and make some changes to the /etc/network/interfaces.d/50-cloud-init.cfg
file, when I reboot, those changes are gone.
