After downloding OpenstackRC file from access_and_security/API Access
tab user gets sh file which does not set OS_API_IDENTITY_VERSION and
also sets OS_PROJECT_NAME and OS_PROJECT_ID.
We should add OS_API_IDENTITY_VERSION=3 setting and remove one of
projects vars from the file.
