The Glance metadefs for CIM do not seem to work for the delete case with
images using the update metadata widget.

The metadata widget works fine with them on flavors, but not images. I
suspect that it has something to do with the glance v1 API and colons
(:) in some of the values. Maybe this will go away with glance v2? In
either case, it needs to be resolved.
