If a cloud admin tries to create a network from Admin/Networks panel, he
or she may see projects with the same name from different domains
listed in the project dropdown on the create network modal.
Currently there's no way to tell the difference between the projects
with the same name. Thus we should provide more information of the
selected project so that the user can confirm it is the desired one.
