Disables the sorting function for this column in Admin-Instances, just as the table in Project->Instances does. There's a reason why that behavior was disabled here https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1518893 and patch merged here https://review.openstack.org/#/c/258407/. The patch only affected the table in project/instances but not admin/instances. How to reproduce: 1. Go to Admin->Instances 2. Filter by Size (allowed) 3. Go to Project->Instances 4. Filter by Size (not allowed) Sort by Size in Admin->Instances should be disabled.
