Stacks page isn't refresh after stack deletion sometimes

Steps:
- Go to Orchestration -> Stacks
- Launch stack
- Delete stack
Expected result:
- Stack is deleted, table is empty
Actual result:
- horizon shows that stack is present, but in heat logs there is response
that no stacks:
