We've decided to remove inline edit functionality from Horizon. It
doesn't provide much advantage over regular edit, and breaks often/ is a
pain to maintain.

Using the inline edit in the Metadata Definitions panel table causes
the table to jump slightly. Probably a padding or margin issue.
