We've decided to remove inline edit functionality from Horizon. It
doesn't provide much advantage over regular edit, and breaks often/ is a
pain to maintain.

Alignment is not well in project table Inline editing

Bug description:
Reproduce the bug:
Click the inline edit pencil icon in "Enabled" cell of the project table in
identity project panel, you will see the checkbox and the label not align well.
This issue will affect later table inline edit.
