Description

After booting a vm, we attach a sriov port to the vm. It can't work. Because
the port have not corrent profile.pci_slot information.
Steps to reproduce
==================
* boot a vm
* create a sriov port
* attach sriov port to the vm
Expected result
===============
add sr-iov pci device successfully
Actual result
=============
because lack of pci_slot, we can not add pci device correctly
