Public bug reported:

In Volumes Management, whenever we create a new volume using manage
volume functionality, they volume is created successfully through
horizon, but the name of volume remains '-' unless we refresh the page.
Only after refreshing the page, the name of the newly managed volume is
displayed in the row in place of '-'.
