Public bug reported: Description =========== I created a instance with local disk, and live migrated it, and this action failed.
Steps to reproduce ================== A chronological list of steps which will bring off the issue you noticed: * I did create a instance with local disk * then I did live-migration * then instance was active, task_state was none and it was still on source compute node.
