This patch puts a spinner in the submit button as well to show that work is going on in the background. Note: Jenkins keeps failing due to firefox issues, so I'm trying a different download link to see if it helps. Instead, it should give some indication that work is happening until the request is acknowledged by Openstack. In development environments the time between submit and acknowledge is very small, but in production environments there may be a delay after the submit. Show the wait spinner until the create instance request is acknowledged.
