Reproduce:
1, Open Admin/System/Metadata Definitions panel
2, Click the button "Import Namespace"
3, There will show the "Import Namespace" form. The "Metadata Definition File"
field and "Namespace JSON" are all shown.
But this two field should only show one and show which one should depend on the
"Namespace Definition Source".
