Public bug reported:
SegmentHostMapping will record the relationship between segments and
hosts. If admin delete an agent, related SegmentHostMapping should be
cleared too. Or else, other logic which leverage SegmentHostMapping
will still think the host is available. This will cause error is admin
just want to remove a node from openstack topology.
