Public bug reported:
Create a new available zone named "newzone", and use the available zone to
create a vm.
Then, when you use the API interface to query the vm details, you will find the
available zone of the vm is changed between the new available zone "newzone"
and the default value "nova".It will be back to normal after a period of time.
The openstak dashboard also has this problem when you refresh the vm details
page.
