Bug description:
I'm running stable/liberty with a pseudo translation as described at
http://docs.openstack.org/developer/horizon/contributing.html#running-
the-pseudo-translation-tool.
When logging in with an incorrect password, the error message "Invalid
credentials." is not translated, screen shot attached.
