Public bug reported: Create a back-end driver for FWaaS that will implement firewalls using OVS flows, similar to the Security Group implementation that uses OVS flows[1]. This will be implemented within the context of the FWaaS L2 agent extension[2], and the L2 agent extension API will give FWaaS access to the integration bridge for flow management.
