How to reproduce:
1. Go to Project->Instances
2. Click on the "Launch Instance" button
3. Click on the "Question mark icon" in the upper right corner (shows help)
4. There are two <ul> elements with several <li> in it. Bullets are not aligned
with the other <p> elements.
