Public bug reported:
When doing a "openstack project list" after sourcing the openrc file
returned in Horizon, many keystone results break (and or are truncated.)
Unsetting "OS_INTERFACE" restores the proper behavior.
Tested with latest pip of python-openstackclient and python-
keystoneclient
