The "Delete Instances" button for multi-selection becomes greyed out if
the screen refreshes while selecting instances.
Steps to reproduce
(1) Have several instances in the list ready and deployed
(2) Delete a single instance using the normal dropdown next to the instance
(3) Quickly start selecting instances using the checkbox before the display
refreshes to remove the deleted instance
(4) The instances you selected are still selected, but the "Delete Instances"
button is greyed out
Tested on Mitaka release
