For vmware driver, one compute host may be have multiply compute nodes, so the 
cmd of "nova hypervisor-servers" would be incorrect, because its implement code 
is using objects.InstanceList.get_by_host, I think 
objects.InstanceList.get_by_host_and_node is more
appropriate.
