When we try to create new host aggregate and leave the name empty, it
gives us error which is 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'lower'
To reproduce error:
1. Login to dashboard
2. Go to Admin>System>Host Aggregates
3. Click Create Host Aggregate
4. Leave name field empty.
5. Save
