Low width of "Instance Type" field in horizon dashboard

Bug description:
I followed this link
(http://docs.openstack.org/kilo/install-guide/install/apt/content/ch_preface.html)
for Openstack Kilo Installation.
After installation of dashboard, I observed that on "Instances" page, the
width of the box with available filters is less - Letter "e" in "Instances
Name" appears to be cut.
