When creating a port via CLI it is possible to specify the fixed ip
argument:
Help text info for neutron help port-create:
--fixed-ip subnet_id=SUBNET,ip_address=IP_ADDR
Desired IP and/or subnet for this port:
subnet_id=<name_or_id>,ip_address=<ip>. You can repeat
this option.
root@node1:~# neutron port-create N1 --fixed-ip ip_address=14.0.0.5
