This functionality supports IPv4 and IPv6 by detecting needed ping version using netaddr. DocImpact: Added a new parameter to 'l3_agent.ini' named 'ha_vrrp_health_check_interval' which is by default set to 0 (disabled). Values > 0 designate health check functionality should be enabled. Requires allowed ICMP ECHO_REQUEST because that is disabled by default.
