I have a openstack production environment.I don't know if it's a problem.
In kilo, domain name is Default.but in mitika ,domain name is default.
however,In Keystone Architecture Document.The default value for the domain name
presentation is Default,
Mitika environment installed according to installation documentation,I check
the database project table domain name is default.
when kilo upgrade to mitika ，domain name is Default. Lead me to use domain name
to get token can not determine the value of name.
