Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
===================

On stable/newton with FireFox 52.0:
* Go to the Network Topology view
* select the "Graph" tab
* If the view is not collapsed, click on "Toggle Network Collapse"
* Click on "Toggle Network Collapse" to uncollapse the view (see all instances).

Issue:
======

After following the above steps, wait a few seconds, the topology view
Collapses automatically (and hides all instances).
If one clicks again on "Toggle Network Collapse" to view all instances, after a
few seconds it toggles back by itself.

** Affects: horizon
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
