Bug description:
Deploying TripleO undercloud under Pike packaging, Neutron with ML2
OVS plugin.
It fails to create network:
neutron net-create ctlplane --provider:network_type flat
--provider:physical_network ctlplane
Request Failed: internal server error while processing your request.
