Unit tests for RHEL OpenStack need to be changed not to use alias files
Alias files for IPv4 have fallen out of favor and alias files for IPv6
do not work. Unit tests for openstack need to be modified accordingly
in /home/akaris/cloud-init/tests/unittests/test_net.py
