Public bug reported: Now https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1586056 is implemented and merged, the check made in QoS agent extension when handling the QoS rules is not needed.
In [1] and [2], a check was made to test if the set of rules in the QoS policy was supported by the backend. Now this check is not needed because during the assignment of a QoS policy to a port, this check is made. The agent will handle only rules supported by the driver.
