We have 11,000 users, doing a `client.users.list()` takes around 14-20
seconds
We have 14,000 projects and doing a `client.projects.list()` takes
around 7-10 seconds.
So you can see we have more projects however it takes about double the
time to list users.
I should mention we are using mitaka and our keystone is using apache
