Steps to reproduce:
1. In project A, create a network with subnets
2. Log in as an admin in project B, go to the network details panel of the
newly created network -> Ports tab.
3. Click "Create Port" button
Expect to see the create port modal but nothing happens.
Error "AttributeError: 'unicode' object has no attribute 'id'" is shown
on the console.
