Steps to reproduce for image info page:
1. Set 'True' for 'images_panel' in ANGULAR_FEATURES dict in settings.py
2. Create image
3. Click on this image (view information about it)
4. Reload the page
Expected result:
The same page
Actual result:
" The page you were looking for doesn't exist
This affects not only the image panel, but also all angular panels. You
can enable all angular panels in ANGULAR_FEATURES. This does not work
for all of these panels.
