Admin > System > Defaults
In the Quota Name table, the string "Groups" is shown unlocalized.
In Zanata Horizon project, I cannot find the string "Groups" from the file
openstack_dashboard/dashboards/admin/defaults/tables.py, although there are two
other "Groups" in Zanata.
