This seems to affect stable/mitaka only and stable/mitaka is EOL now.
In addition, run_tests.sh has been removed in Queens. Thus, Won't Fix.

On stable/mitaka branch, unittests fail with run_tests.sh with the

However tests succeed when launched with tox.
