Openstack logo misaligned and deformed in Horizon when using MS Edge
browser.
Steps to reproduce:
1. View Horizon login page. Check how logo in center looks.
2. View Horizon dashboard after login. Check how logo in upper-left corner
looks.
Expected result: Openstack logo should be positioned and scaled properly.
Actual result: Openstack logo rendered in a wrong scale and position
Environment: Horizon in Ocata. Windows 10, MS Edge browser.
