On compute nodes:
In /etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini, add qos to the extensions
setting in the [agent] section. For example:
[agent]
extensions = qos
File openvswitch-agent.ini should be instead of ml2_conf.ini
That for all releases not only Mitaka.
